Gluten Free Oats

Delicious oats for a healthy way to start the day, giving your body the energy to get moving! This is a wonderful nourishing meal to help keep you satiated longer.  I love porridge it brings delight and enjoyment to every mouthful and will keep you warm and cozy through cold winter days. In fact I could eat these at anytime of the day.



Bring water and oats to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.

Transfer to a bowl.  Add vanilla and mix through.

Serving Suggestions

Top with a drizzle of rice malt syrup, strawberries and cacao nibs.
