Or you can use 3 gluten free ready made pastry sheets
Preheat oven at 170°C / 325°F / Gas Mark 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Prepare the pastry first by combining all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to form a wet dough. Place in the fridge for 30 mins and get started on the filling.
In another bowl combine the mince, with the spices and vegetables. Mix in 1 egg to bind the mixture together and set aside.
Remove the pastry from the fridge and place between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out using a rolling pin until 5mm thick. (If using the pastry sheets follow below).
Cut into two rectangles and divide the filling equally between the sheets of pastry and roll them up, sealing the edges with the remaining egg using a pastry brush. Slice each rectangle into even pieces.
Place on prepared baking tray seam side down and bake for 35-40 mins or until pastry is golden and the filling is cooked through.
Serve with your favourite sauce! Mine is home made sweet chilli sauce.
