Ingredients
(serves 2)
3 cups coconut water
1 celery stick
6 kale leaves (remove the stems)
handful of spinach
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple
1/2 pink grapefruitΒ (peel removed)Β
1 small cucumber
1/2 lemon (peel removed)
1 cup chopped watermelon
thumb size chunk ginger
1 T hemp seeds
Preparation
*Tip:Β To ensure that you get a smooth textured smoothie, it is recommended to blend your greens (i.e. spinach, beetroot leaves &) with the liquid first, then add the remaining ingredients.
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
