I don't workout because I hate my body, I workout I don't workout because I hate my body, I workout because I love my body ❤️
I realised that I needed to love my body enough to take care of it. 
I am grateful for my body and my health as it has shown me how amazing it is. It has provided me with a vessel to carry and deliver 3 amazing sons, it has held me up and kept me strong when I have felt weak and most of all because it is my vessel of awesomeness that makes me unique!
For me exercise is a lot more than just preventing weight gain, it’s an opportunity for me to slow down the effects of ageing, increase my energy and reduce fatigue – plus maintaining lean muscle mass for protecting my bones.  I am 62 years strong and getting stronger 
You are the only one that can make the changes in your life, it is up to you! It takes commitment, dedication and consistency you can do it! “Age is No Barrier - take action  and go take care of yourself”

I am so grateful that I listened to my body years ago and made a change to my lifestyle. I made the DECISION to be fitter, healthier and happier.
It was a challenge for me to overcome the obstacles of negative self talk to become stronger and better. I started off gradually by first cutting out processed sugar and gluten from my diet. This was a catalyst for balancing out digestive issues and my mental health which I had suffered with for years. 
Once I started to feel happier in myself, I began to exercise regularly and consistently working out alongside my sons. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy but I was willing to step out of my comfort zone and expect the unexpected. 
Having that NEVER QUIT attitude has helped me through some tough times in my life and also great success. 
I have no doubt that being persistent and believing in yourself will lead you to greatness! 
Get out there and do it! You never know the positive impact that you’ll have on others.

How many of you organise your week with setting ou How many of you organise your week with setting out a meal plan and food prepping in advance? 
Start your day with breakfast (this is a must) the word breakfast means “to break fast” as it is the first meal after sleeping. You need to listen to your body and understand when you are hungry and satisfied. If you skip meals and snacks during the day this is when you are most likely to make poor food choices and overeat.
A meal plan is a guide to take the stress out of what to prepare for meals, helps reduce wastage, saves you money and food preparation helps to save time, so you can get that workout in you have been planning to do!!
Preparation time depends on your own ability to cook. Whatever way you choose it is important if you are busy and on the go to pick simple, easy recipes. Include family favourites to keep everyone happy.
It doesn’t have to be hard, it does take a determined effort and planning to provide your family with nourishing nutritious meals. It does save you hours of time and gives you a simple way to generate healthy and delicious meals.
