Put some extra strength in your muscles today with this nutrient packed morning strength smoothie, to fuel your body ready for the day!

Ingredients

(serves 2)

  • 5 kale leaves (leaves only)
  • handful spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small cucumber
  • thumb size piece of ginger
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • handful mint leaves
  • 2 cups coconut water

Preparation

*Tip: To ensure that you get a smooth textured smoothie, it is recommended to blend your greens (i.e. spinach, kale leaves &) with the liquid first, then add the remaining ingredients.

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
