Morning Strength Smoothie

Put some extra strength in your muscles today with this nutrient packed smoothie!!

Ingredients:

5 kale leaves (leaves only)
Handful spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 lime
1/2 cup blueberries
1 apple
1 small cucumber
Thumb size piece of ginger
1 T hemp seeds
Handful mint leaves
2 cups coconut water

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
