I love a nutritious smoothie for breakfast that has immune boosting ingredients like ginger, lemon and grapefruit, don’t you?
1/2 pink grapefruit
1 small cucumber
2 handfuls mixed greens (kale,spinach,rocket etc)
1 kiwi fruit
Thick thumb size piece ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 T chia seeds
1 T maca powder
3 cups coconut water
Blend all together until smooth!
